SantaFeFan Posted June 29, 2017 #26 Share Posted June 29, 2017 .... I believe that Baked Alaska will be served the night before the last night. They normally have the Baked Alaska parade on the last formal night. .... It was on the last night on Grand Princess this week. Formal night was the night before. Selion Posted June 29, 2017 #27 Share Posted June 29, 2017 The old version of Baked Alaska looks delicious. We had the new version of it and were not impressed.
geocruiser Posted June 29, 2017 #28 Share Posted June 29, 2017 No, you did not have the traditional Baked Alaska - you had the modern fake. See post number 8 for a picture of the real Baked Alaska. I remember that type of baked Alaska on Home Lines Oceanic back in the late 1970's. It was wonderful.
