The Captain’s Club Hostess was Jessica cannot remember her last name but she was from Wales, she was supposed to go home after the new year but thought she would be there until Feb.

We go off the Reflection on Nov 27 so maybe the CD changed since then.

It will be Eddy Jenkins. I spoke to Lewis today and he is still on the Edge assisting Maarten and preparing for when he takes over the CD spot in January.  Cheers!

So Maarten is going to be gone at CD after only a couple of months?

 

Has anyone said when they are going to switch captains? I'm going to be on 1/20 and 1/27 and was wondering if I will get Captain Kafetzis.

I met the captain on the Edge a few days ago and he said he would be onboard until Feb 3 and then would be off for 6 months.

Captain Kate, who is visiting the Edge with 1/2 of Captains and HD Directors for the X annual conference, confirmed she is scheduled for the Edge in 2019. No month mentioned

I figured it would be the end of the year once Kafetzis' 3rd tour of duty was due, but if the current captain will be out for 6 months, I guess it could be sooner. She's going back on Equinox at the end of January and I think will be there for only 2 months (she posted this in comments on Instagram).

Thanks! Mario (Hotel Director) was on our Infinity cruise in October. He's a really nice guy and actually ran a 2nd Connections (aka Meet & Mingle) party because we didn't get invites to the first one (corporate never sent them the list) and had a raffle for prizes after someone complained about there not being any at the first one!
