Cafedumonde Posted July 22, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 22, 2017 We have a college student in our group who might ditch us last minute. We are not expecting any type of refund if it happens, but will we have any problems? I saw someone mention once that taxes are refunded for no shows. Is this true? Rare BlerkOne Posted July 22, 2017 #3 Share Posted July 22, 2017 Port taxes and fees are automatically refunded via the method paid. There is no penalty.

cccer Posted July 22, 2017 #6 Share Posted July 22, 2017 A couple of years ago, our son was cruising with nine friends to celebrate their graduation and the night before, one of them said he didn't want to go. They were able to change the name for $50 and add another friend who was more than happy to go on a cruise for $50. Maybe you can find someone to take this person's place if they bail.
