English Premier League (soccer)

I know people have asked about football games and such. That is of no interest to me. What I'm wanting to know - do they/will they show any Premier League soccer on board? I will be gone during a match and would love to watch it live at sea. It's on really early on a Saturday (6:30am CST), so I'm not hopeful.

I've seen lots of Soccer games on in the Sports Bars. Not sure who or what leagues though

For the Premier League it is only the game that is broadcast on NBC at 12:30/11:30 on the Saturday. CNN International in the room will have the occasional highlight when they do their sports recap.

Yeah. I didn't have high hopes that anywhere would even be open at 6:30am to watch. And the internet on the ship (even the highest level) probably wouldn't be sufficient enough for me to live stream the game. Ugh. Oh well - I'll just have to watch for highlights and watch the game when I get home.

 

Just saw that it's Man United and Stoke for the 11:30 match that Saturday. I'll go root for Stoke that morning! :)

I was searching this question and came across your post.  Did you manage to see any of the Premier league matches on your cruise?   My other half is also Liverpool fan. And seeing as it’s supposedly going be their year this year 🙄, he doesn’t want to miss any matches especially as I’m looking to get away mid April.

Why not just start a new topic so people aren't unknowingly reading and responding to posts from two years ago? I can tell you they had a soccer game on at the casino bar on the Saturday of my last cruise. I can't tell you what league it was or anything like that. It was the last weekend in August.
