I have got a female friend who drink with at a sports club and who says she is a " solicitor"  and she told me it is definately discrimination for a pie shop not to open on Melbourne Cup day because what about the people who don't like horse racing..... where will they get their pies ....especially those pies with horse meat in them YUM.
