Now a pop up across tv screen that won't go away- says "widget solution not verified" how do I get rid of this? It's not on my iPad screen. Hhheeelp please. jamesr3939 Posted September 3, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 3, 2017 I have hooked up a couple times and never seen that. Can you try another HDMI input? Below is a suggestion from the internet. CNET from 2010 somebody trying to connect a Netflix widget. It would seem that the widget isn't able to connect itself. What you may want to try is, with the TV powered ON, press and hold the EXIT button on the remote until you're prompted to "RESET?" At this point, select YES, and the television should power off. Upon restart, re-connect to the router and then launch the Samsung Apps and see if launching the Netflix App prompts you with a code to link your television to your Netflix account.
