Is the wine at The Cellars included as part of the Ultimate Beverage Package?

Same question about the Sake Bar, the Champagne Bar and Java Cafe.

Yes to all. Usual $15 rule applies. No speciality coffee from Java as per T&C's

Yes. If you go through POA's live thread/review, he has photos of the menus. They are on iPads. In fact, there were very few Mondavi wines. The selection is large and we really enjoyed it on our Escape cruise. I'm looking forward to visiting it again in a few weeks on the Dawn and then again on the Escape in February!
