Rare joern Posted October 5, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 5, 2017 Hi Booked a Mediterranean cruise on Constellation from Athens october 31st. Booked at a danish TA with prepaid gratuities and classic beverage packet. However, when I look at my ticket, I can see the prepaid gratuities but not the beverage packet. Is that normal? Asked the TA and he replied that Celebrity don't sell cruises without the beverage packet, so I don't need to worry. I just don't want to be on the ship and being told that I don't have it, so wote to Celebrity, but they haven't replied. So bottomline: Do I worry for no reason? Then go to drinks packages, ours says " upgrades are available". It lets us purchase an upgrade from our included classic beverage package to premium. lostchild Posted October 5, 2017 #6 Share Posted October 5, 2017 On our last cruise in April, the OLD website's order history shows both our internet package and drink package perks. The only thing that it didn't show was the OBC. On our next cruise in June 2018, the NEW website's order history shows absolutely nothing even though we have the same perks ordered. JBare Posted October 5, 2017 #7 Share Posted October 5, 2017 I don't know how it works in Denmark or through a TA but when booking direct with Celebrity in the UK I receive an invoice from them and eventually the Guest Ticket Booklet. The ticket booklet has never had drinks package or even gratuities mentioned in it even though I have had both. It just has flights and transfers if any. The invoice lists gratuities and then something similar to PROMO which I am told by the Celebrity cruise specialists is the drinks package included in whatever promotion Celebrity are running at the time.
