Noelausoleil Posted October 9, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 9, 2017 My husband and I will be going on the Eclipse cruise to the Caribbean over the holidays. Will there be any special Christmas and New Year's eve celebrations on board ship?

CHEZMARYLOU Posted October 9, 2017 #4 Share Posted October 9, 2017 Eclipse will be decorated all over the ship with the most elaborate displays in the atrium. We have not cruised on Christmas but I understand there are a lot of activities for both adults and children, especially on Christmas Eve, carol singing, Santa parade, etc. On New Year Eve there will be parties throughout the ship, the biggest was at the pool on the 2 times we sailed for NYE. They also gave out hats and noise makers at dinner. Most guests were dressed formally, this was back when they still had formal nights vs chic nights. If we were sailing again over NYE we would dress formally. Enjoy your cruise.
