Dr.Corona Posted October 18, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Just wondering if anyone is familiar with the shade situation at barefoot beach on Coco Cay? I realize this may be affected by the recent hurricanes but any feedback would be great! Thanks!!
cb at sea Posted October 18, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Plenty of shade....just move your loungers where you want them!
moobear67 Posted October 18, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Yup, trees everywhere, even fairly close to the water in some areas, so you can find a good shady spot under a palm tree while enjoying the ocean view!
katjoeus Posted October 21, 2017 #4 Share Posted October 21, 2017 (edited) Are the chairs free or does one have to pay for them? I'm not quite clear on what's included there and what isn't.. Edited October 21, 2017 by Host Clarea

scott2165 Posted October 21, 2017 #6 Share Posted October 21, 2017 We wanted to sit in a spot that didn't offer shade so we rented an umbrella and my wife got a floating mat. It was about $25 I think. There were plenty of shady spots on other beach areas, but we found a spot with a view we loved and paid.
