How to book rental cars in Hawaii?

Just wondering how you book rental cars at the cruise ship docks?

During the Summer, we cruised the Hawaiian Islands on the Pride of America. We used Thrifty Rent a Car and booked all the reservations for Hilo (Big Island), Kahului (Maui), & Nawiliwili (Kauai)on their website. You pick up the rental cars from their airport locations which is usually 5 to 10 minutes away from the pier. They have shuttle buses which pick you up where the ship docks and take you to their airport location. We became Blue Chip Members (free service) which allowed us to go to the front of the line and we were able to get our car in less than 5 minutes.
