Kristiansand, Norway: Which of two tours?

Regent has included excursions. I've read through them all and even read some guidebooks, but still having trouble deciding between:

 

Lillesand by Land and Sea or Setesdal Mineral Park

 

We're in our 80's, can walk several miles unless a path is precarious. We love great scenery. Have no interest in shopping. Have little interest in things military-- unless they're in a terrifically scenic spot.

 

Wondering which might be the most interesting/scenic of those choices. (There are a handful of other choices as well, but these two-- if I'm understanding them properly-- have the most appeal.)
