How neat to be starting same place! Ill have to check out audio books... i was getting bored at the gym today lol. But I mAde all my goals today! One day at a time:)

Yes, it’s nice. I have to have books if I’m walking outside, Netflix if on the treadmill, and Seinfeld if I’m doing pushups and such. Entertainment is a must for me! [emoji846]

Dear Room

 

I started at 277 pounds. yoyoed at 218 pounds for years.

 

got serious in Sept of 2016, down to 160 pounds but it took a year an now going on cruise in two weeks.

 

Terrified about gain weight, will try to continue with diet pan on the ship

"They say" it's the best exercise. Bet it is hard when temps are so low,

nice when have a treadmill.

That’s awesome seawoff! I don’t want to use it as an excuse but it is harder to lose as we get older. I’m 65 and have tried pretty much everything also. Thanks for the tip to use sparkspeople. I will check it out. Don’t worry about gaining on a cruise. There’s plenty of healthy choices and you most likely will be more active. I know I usually am. I usually lose weight on a cruise. Good luck to you and just plan to have fun!

I have to say my guilty pleasure on the ship was always the desserts. I have a sweet tooth for desserts. No candies for me. So the first thing I started doing was to eliminate sugar "almost" completely from my diet. Now and again I use Stevia.

I'm hoping that will help with my desire to not crave dessert.
