Does anyone have an updated picture of the luggage valet form for Celebrity?

There are at least two different forms. One for Fort Lauderdale and one for Miami. There was also one last summer for Seattle. What do you need?

When we return our Southwest flight is at 1945hrs maybe, so I wanted to see if we could still use this. I've read before the flight had to leave before 1800hrs. Looks like I am good.

So can anyone tell me....how is the airline luggage fee paid when using the valet service? Charged to a credit card or can onboard credit be used for this as well?

You're onboard account is charged for the Celebrity Valet fee and the airline baggage fees are also taken from this account. If you have OBC, yes you can utilize that as well.

We got luggage valet for free (Royal Suite) on Equinox last April.  However, I had to ask the concierge for the paperwork and the terms as no information was provided in the cabin.
