Anyone play MyVegas just on their computer? Can you play completely for free? We are looking to earn towards OBC.

Thanks for help.

I’ve been playing for years. Yes you can play for free. Every few hours you collect points to play with and once a day there’s an additional bonus which gives you more. I have enough points for the free Carnival cruise but unfortunately they only offer Galveston, Baltimore and Long Beach. They offer obc on Royal. I have gotten many free shows and rooms in Vegas with the game.

Do you play this through Facebook or an app?

My husband plays all the time on Facebook but I had to set him up with a special account without friends. It will blow up your friends timelines. Also is there a way to know early enough when a cruise, any cruise becomes available. For free we would go out of any US port, on any ship, going anywhere but by the time we see them, they are already sold out.

We have been playing MyVegas for a few years and were able to use loyalty points in Vegas. Watched for OBC for the Carnival cruise we just took (disembarked yesterday), but for about the last 6 months, could never find it through MyVegas. MSC and Royal offer it, so not sure why Carnival did not. However, we lucked out through Early Saver and ended up getting a boatload (ha) of OBC to use from Carnival, so all was not lost.

ETA: We play on the computer and through the app. Collect chips/points a few times each day, and it adds up quickly! I barely play anymore since we don't have any Vegas trips planned. And NCL (our next cruise) rarely does anything with MyVegas.

I did a free cruise in 2016 on Allure of the Seas and will be on a free cruise on Splendor in June thanks to MyVegas. I play on FB and also there are four different phone apps. I've been playing for years. There are FB groups dedicated to people who play were you can get links for free chips at least a few times a day if not more. I don't blow up my friends' timelines because I don't have it set to share publicly or with friends. I share to "only me."

Does Carnival usually offer OBC on MyVegas? I just cashed in 25k Loyalty Points for $50 in OBC for a Royal Caribbean cruise, and had it added to the $100 OBC with a sale promo they were having last week giving me $150 total OBC for that sailing. :)

All I see on MyVegas for Carnival are free cruises that i'll never rack up enough points for so I stopped playing, but if they do offer OBC rewards then i'll start playing it again.

It's hard to say. The rewards seem to come and go. I don't "remember" seeing OBC for Carnival, but I wasn't really looking because I didn't have a Carnival cruise booked yet.

I have never seen OBC offered for Carnival, just the free cruises...

I racked up a bunch of MyVegas points when the game was new and the points were easier to come buy, but the Carnival cruises always sell out too quickly!:(

I was lucky enough to get snag a cruise through MyVegas last September. We are scheduled on the Pride out of Baltimore April 29 2018. We chose to upgrade to a balcony and we paid a total of $915 for the two of us, including

tax/fees and gratuities.

I have never saw MyVegas offer OBC for Carnival but I have seen it for other cruise lines. This will be our first cruise, getting excited!

I have been playing 4 years. Taken many Vegas trips, used rewards for 2 free RC cruises last year and taking my first Carnival cruise next month for free. Like others have said obc has never been offered through Carnival. Also if you get one of the free cruises you cant combine it with the obc reward. If you are paying for your cruise you can use the obc reward. I have 1.5 million gold coins left, enough for one more cruise then I am done playing. It has changed so much its not worth my time and energy anymore. All good things come to an end and Im happy I got in when it was worth it.

Carnival came up on My Vegas about two weeks ago and all sold out in two hours. Was hoping for OBC to show up. (when Carnival first became a partner about a year and a half ago, they did have OBC) but nada. I would even like to see Casino Credit available on Carnival through MyVegas.

The cruises do occasionally refresh. I was able to snag a 7 night on Splendor and have booked it for June 30th. Taxes and fees were $106 per person.

I have over 2.7 million points! I just wish I could catch one of the cruises before it sold out [emoji22]

I try to check daily because if someone cancels their cruise, it will show back up under the rewards. There's a group called "MyVegas Friends Rocks" and people will sometimes post in there whenever new rewards are added.

How many nights and what ports will you be visiting? How exciting for your first cruise to have been mostly free!

I'm also in a group called MyVegas Gifts and Guides. There is a thread dedicated to the cruises and when they refresh, and another thread that alerts people when the rewards in general refresh.

How much/how long does one have to play to start seeing real rewards from this?

I started playing this past December and already racked up 25k "Loyalty Points" which was enough to get the $50 OBC for Royal Caribbean. When you first start playing the game, it's pretty easy to rack up the first 25k LP's...after that however, it slows down considerably and takes a LONG time to accumulate the gold coins needed for Rewards.

But if you're wanting something on the low end reward tier for 25k or less, it only takes a month or so to get there. I'd love to hear from those who racked up over a million and how long it took them to get to that.

I've been playing off and on for about 6 years. I started playing just to play slots, not to accumulate rewards. I play myvegas slots, mykonami, myvegas blackjack, and myvegas on Facebook. I play for maybe 30-45 min a week. I get probably 25-40k points a month.

45 mins a week is only 3 hours a month....that's getting you between 25-40K LP points?! Or do you mean 45 mins a day?! Because I can't see how anyone could rack up that many LP points on 3 hours a month playing the game. Just not possible.
