umograd83 Posted March 4, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 4, 2018 Holy hell, the line to get onto the ship is loooooong. My husband has already said this is the last time we sail out of Tampa. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Jakefromstatefarm1957 Posted March 4, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 4, 2018 I like your hubs! I'm in this mess as well. Terrible! I registered for cruisecritic while in line. We did this exact cruise last year and we're sipping pina coladas by now. Ugh.

umograd83 Posted March 4, 2018 Author #5 Share Posted March 4, 2018 Just got on board and now it’s time for the muster drill. Not even time to eat first. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
pascalburns Posted March 4, 2018 #6 Share Posted March 4, 2018 did anyone ever say what the problem was.
Rare BirdTravels Posted March 4, 2018 #7 Share Posted March 4, 2018 did anyone ever say what the problem was. People showing up at the busiest embarkation time, then complain.
Jakefromstatefarm1957 Posted March 4, 2018 #8 Share Posted March 4, 2018 I showed up at my scheduled time...1pm ...and the line already stretched around the corner. I politely asked what the problem was. An NCL employee told my they had lots of new employees on duty today and also departing out of Terminal #2 as opposed to #3. She said Terminal #2 is smaller than #3....which I believe is true. We sailed out of #3 last year and embarkation was much quicker. The bottleneck was at the check-in desk as opposed to the security checkpoint.
