lindi52 Posted March 22, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 22, 2018 I am new to NCL. I am trying to put a hold on shore excursion for a large group and have been on hold today for 45 minutes. Rare Peachypooh Posted March 22, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 22, 2018 I found weekends to be the longest hold times. I try to call first thing in the morning. If you can't call thenand need to call during the week try to avoid weekday lunch hours too. Not sure where the shore ex offices are but NCL headquarters are in the Eastern US time zone so avoid 11 am-1pm which are traditionally lunch hours. My3Cents Posted March 24, 2018 #7 Share Posted March 24, 2018 I complained this week after the customary 30+ minute wait for them to answer. It's the same thing every time and happens no matter which selection you make on the phone, whether customer service, reservations (existing) or excursions!
