st5310 Posted April 1, 2018 Author #2 Share Posted April 1, 2018 Hit the wrong button..... Anyway, looking for some info about Aqua Class cabin on Silhouette. Close friend has booked one on upcoming sailing. I read some stuff about the Spa Lounge, but it is not comparable to Michael's Club, is it? jelayne Posted April 1, 2018 #3 Share Posted April 1, 2018 No the Relaxation Lounge is not like Michael's Club. The relaxation lounge is a quiet place to relax, read a book and just chill. Michaels Club is a Lounge/Bar reserved for Suite guests. There is continental breakfast, entertainment during pre dinner hours some evenings, complimentary beverages all day & evening. TeaBag Posted April 1, 2018 #4 Share Posted April 1, 2018 Michaels Club is for Suite people. Aqua club gets access to Persian Gardens by the Spa. Here are some interior photos submitted by Linda Garrison. https://www.tripsavvy.com/celebrity-silhouette-interior-photos-4062022

HS2BS Posted April 1, 2018 #8 Share Posted April 1, 2018 Aqua cabins on all S class ships are toward the front. On Silhouette the A2s are all the way forward on deck eleven, which is not always a bad thing. Above the A1s is the pool level and there is early morning noise from above as the pool people set up the loungers and the early chair hogs do their thing. All the Aqua cabins are the same size as the regular cabins with balconies. Having done many cruise on Silhouette in Aqua you must look at the deck above (12) to see what might be expected - gym, beauty salon, spa cafe, changing rooms and Persian gardens. Best part of Aqua on any ship is the dining facility Blu, separate from the main dining room on S class ships and only adults (except when guest from suites dine there). We are on the Silhouette in May of this Year and two voyages in February of 2019 and again in February of 2020. Enjoy the cruise in whatever cabin that is chosen! Rare hcat Posted April 1, 2018 #9 Share Posted April 1, 2018 The Relaxation Room is available to all, not just Aqua Class. Aqua Class guests can use the Persian Gardens free during the cruise. This area has a heated stone loungers, a sauna and a steam room. The Relaxation Room is supposed to be reserved for AQ guests and those awaiting spa services. Enforcement varies by ship. Sometimes it is very quiet with a spa like atmosphere...unless some chatty folks are socializing. They have fruited water...but not anything like Michaels suite lounge... PG is included in AQ class and open to those who purchase day or longer passes,

Rare aml3679 Posted April 2, 2018 #11 Share Posted April 2, 2018 Would love to do Aqua Class but the price compared to a suite on the Silouette is almost the same. We are concierge and cannot, at this time, justify the price.

We are concierge and cannot, at this time, justify the price. Watch the prices on a regular basis. Depending on the cruise and how well it's selling and how far out the date of the cruise is you may find a fairly drastic price change. If it happens before final payment, you may be able to upgrade at a nominal rate. We've done that a few times. On our last cruise, we were able to change from concierge to aqua for no cost at all! Close friend has booked one on upcoming sailing. I read some stuff about the Spa Lounge, but it is not comparable to Michael's Club, is it? As others have already posted info on the lounges I would like to add that the main reason to book AQ for most is the BLU restaurant. Just as Luminae is only available to suite guests, BLU is only available to AQ (and suite on space available basis). Compared to MDR it is much more quiet and relaxed and the service is less rushed and more personal. Blu is what got us hooked on AQ.

Also, since Aqua Class cabins only accommodate two people, there are no children in Blu (at least none that I've seen) so it's a much more quiet atmosphere than the MDR. Rare hcat Posted April 3, 2018 #15 Share Posted April 3, 2018 We have seen a few children, sporadically. But they are always well dressed and well behaved. With only 2 per cabin, we also find the hallway area to be quieter.....usually.
