MissesB4409 Posted April 27, 2018 #1 Share Posted April 27, 2018 Hey everyone, I was just wondering if someone had any knowledge on how early you could debark from the ship. I do understand the ship has to be cleared by CBP and there is a process...but generally speaking, could we be able to be off the ship by 7am? 8am? The port we will be in is Long Beach if that makes a difference. We also have FTTF and I do plan on stopping by guest services so we can try to get priority disembark too. Thank you! Micahs Grandad Posted April 27, 2018 #3 Share Posted April 27, 2018 The two times we have cruised out of Long Beach we found debarkation to be much later more like about 8 30. in any case you do want to do self assist.

I'm guessing that Long Beach is the same as most other ports. With FTTF, Platinum/Diamond status, you will get a letter explaining where to meet and at what time for priority disembarkation. The letter will also have your early zone luggage tags so that they will be waiting for you when you get off of the ship. You do not need to go to guest services. It's all automatic. When they start disembarkation, they will let off self disembarkation passengers first, then a worker will come in to where they have told you to meet and escort your group off the ship. riffatsea Posted April 28, 2018 #6 Share Posted April 28, 2018 With FTTF you already have priority disembark. We cruise out of Long Beach every year and are often the first off the ship but NEVER at 7:30. You will receive a letter in your cabin telling you where to meet . IF you carry your own luggage off the ship you will go to the meeting place at about 7:30AM and some where just after 8-8:30 you will be led off the ship.
