princesslondon Posted May 1, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 1, 2018 When I try to book a balcony room it shows me a $225 OBC, when I change it to 2 rooms, the balcony room OBC changes to $125. Am I doing something wrong, or they just taking away part of the OBC because of booking a second room. The second room is an indoor room and it's $75OBC stays the same. cruisegirl1 Posted May 1, 2018 #2 Share Posted May 1, 2018 Will 2 people be in the first cabin? If so, make sure "2" is selected. M
princesslondon Posted May 1, 2018 Author #3 Share Posted May 1, 2018 Yes, I did 2 people both times. Tried it again and it still reduces it to $125 if I add a second room, both with 2 people.
dcgrumpy Posted May 1, 2018 #4 Share Posted May 1, 2018 Could it be refundable vs nonrefundable? I know a few months ago whenever I checked for 2 rooms it defaulted to refundable for some reason. I'm not sure if that's still the case now that it defaults to nonrefundable when you look for a single room.
