Until now I have not encounter the web site issues reported by others, But I am getting the same error message when trying to check in for my Oasis cruise which is in 59 days. I also noticed when I called Royal this morning for something unrelated, there is now a phone option for assistance with web check-in. bpphoto Posted May 17, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 17, 2018 To Log into your account and do your online check in process try this: Click on the link below and set up (Create an account) or log into your account: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/account/signin Follow the online check in process and once your done with that you will be able to print out your “Set Sail Pass” to use at the port to make your check in process run smooth.
