nordski Posted June 13, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 13, 2018 In the past there have been complaints that Azamara doesn't communicate with cruisers once final payment has been made, perhaps excluding the luggage tags we can order in North America. Today, in what I is a first for us, we received a "Bon Voyage" email with details as to location of embarkation, Luggage Direct services, steps when signing in to board the ship, shore excursions etc. This is a good step, only slightly marred by the opening sentence stating our cruise is "only weeks away". It isn't. Perhaps others have received this in the past, but we do appreciate it. It had a photo of Capt Carl Smith on it at the beginning - he would have been the Captain on our cruise if he hadn’t moved across to the Pursuit. Actually, although they are one of the topics, at this point I don't think we can reserve Land Discoveries online.
