are you aware that viator is a third party booking company?

that means the snorkelling excursion is not run by them but a local company that Viator will charge them commission

you may be better finding a local company yourself-try trip advisor

I agree, I'd look for a local tour operator. Try Tripadvisor or local tourist board.
