Sorry, but I would never pay final balance or actually any payments on the website.....I prefer to speak to a live person to do this and have a confirmation sent immediately to me via email.

 

Have ya noticed all the website problems :confused:

It worked okay for me on Monday using Safari on my iPad. If you have access to another browser you might want to try that.

I was wondering if the pay remaining balance bottom is working or not, in my case it wont let me click on it :rolleyes::rolleyes:

 

 

 

I noticed the same thing today. Yesterday I could click on the button. Today I could not. Fortunately my final payment is a long way off.

My final payment is coming up (Aug 16th). When I logged into my Royal Caribbean account the "Pay Remaining Balance" link is disabled. I booked the reservation through travel agency, does that mean I have to contact them to make the final payment? TIA.

Yes. For reservations made through a travel agent all payments and changes must go through the travel agent.

For some reason they've disabled the link for me too. The link should point to https://www.royalcaribbean.com/make-a-payment which seems to be working for me at the moment (it didn't work yesterday though).

Was unable to click on make a payment yesterday after logging in using iPad (safari).

But was able to finalise payment by going through - already booked - with reservation no., surname, ship, date etc. (not logged in).

I just tried and yes the link was deactivated, However you can click:

"Already booked" then "make a payment" and no probs...

Although I had a phone rep 'misplace' my deposit once, I agree. We always call.

I am also having issues with the final,payment button for all my upcoming cruises and none are booked through a TA. It seems to be a RCCL website glitch ::insert shocked face::

I have had similar issues when trying to make a payment, the last payment I made I just went to the website to "make a payment" and entered reservation info without logging in. Payment went through.

Paid mine yesterday through the “already booked” link. Went right through, got a confirmation email and began check in without a problem.

I just paid my balance online. Logged out first. Then used the Already Booked/Make a Payment links. No Problemo. I didn't get a confirming email but made a print of the receipt. Logged back in and cruise balance is 0. I'm good to go....

I just tried in chrome to do online checkin and see our names and click on "Continue" but nothing happens. I then log out and try safari and it now says that online checkin for my reservation is unavailable. Any ideas?

Clear your cookies and try it on Chrome again. Then call RCCL if that doesn't work................

New website seems to like IE or EDGE.

to set up our on board account. I have entered, reentered, clicked on the plus sign by the terms, clicked on the minus sign, scrolled the terms, nothing activates the darn button!!!

 

Any ideas? I have plenty of time til the cruise but I was trying to get it all done.

There are glitches with the website on and off

Try again in a day or so, or better yet, do your check in as a cash account and when you get to the dock the morning of embarkation tell the agent to swipe your credit card
