Bus or Taxi from Airport to Dubrovnik Imperial Hotel

I will be arriving into Dubrovnik after a long flight in mid afternoon. It looks like a bus goes very close to the Hilton Imperial Hotel. But I will have 2 pieces of luggage.

 

Can anyone tell me if it would be difficult to walk from the closest drop off stop. Also, are the streets smooth or cobblestone type streets since I will be dragging a suitcase. Thank you.
