Boarding times for Independence of the Seas in Southampton

Recommended Posts

We will be taking a private shuttle service from London to Southampton and would love to avoid the crowds. What time can you board in Southampton? The ship sails at 4:30 p.m.

Look in your Guest Ticket Booklet for your boarding time. We are sailing on Navigator and I'm assuming Independence will have the same procedure. Boarding time depends on what deck you are on. Ignore if you have a suite or are Pinacle, Diamond or Diamond plus.

They will more than likely let you embark at anytime whatever level you may be we've never seen the times enforced.

We boarded Navigator at 11.30, there were queues which were building behind us. I would say earlier or later to avoid the queue.

The times are not enforced but it's designed to spread the flow of people out throughout the day

We are on Independence TA at end of October.

90 day online check in was other day, and it offered us numerous time slots. So I picked 10.30.

I always thought they did it by class of room booked, but they let me choose, So we'll pleased.

Interested in what car service you used from London to Southampton last October as we are doing the same this year in October.  Hope you are still monitoring or getting notices!
