Ocean Concierge App (medallion)

Sailing on the Regal Princess and i can’t find the ocean concierge app in the Apple store. Is it just available when onboard?

Yes, you simply open your browser onboard and sign up. Per the instructions in the Ocean Medallion info on the Princess website:

OceanConciergeTM is accessible online while on board to help you plan activities, purchase shore excursions, view your stateroom folio and more.

Access via web browser

 

The "access via web browser" statement is meant in lieu of visiting the app store (as opposed to the Play Ocean app which must be downloaded before boarding)

how is that different than Princess@Sea which is available - as far as I know - on most/all Princess ships?

Guess it is designed to function in conjunction with the Medallion to help Princess further track your every thought and movement.

Again, it is strictly an online application that works exclusively off the ship's intranet. You simply open your browser once you board and it is there. Don't know how much clearer the instructions from Princess that were linked to and quoted above could be.

Once you are on the ships internet then open your web browser and type in onboard.princess.com

 

it will take your to your account exactly like the old Princess at Sea app
