Alla Tours-St Petersberg

Just recently booked a 2 day Grand Tour of St Petersberg through Alla Tours when we dock there next week. It was extremely simple to do and the staff very helpful. Contact with them is via a message board to your allocated profile-so secure.

Also you don't pay until the day you join the tour. My wife and I are really looking forward to the two week cruise from Bergen to Stockholm via St Petersberg.

Having booked the tour in St Petersburg, Alla will provide you a discount on tours in other ports. We did the Tallinn tour with them the day before St Petersburg, paying for the Tallinn tour in St Petersburg. We tried for other ports, but unfortunately, we couldn't meet the minimums they required.

We used Alla in SP and you will definitely enjoy it. We were sorry once we experienced Alla that we didn't opt for other ports using them.

We really enjoyed our 2 day tour with Alla in St Petersburg. We booked private for 6 of us and it worked out really well.

How was the Tallinn tour with Alla? We have booked the St Petersburg Grand tour with Alla and are thinking about other tours based on the reviews.

 

Same exceptional standard as St Petersburg. We only had 5 of us, but still had a guide and driver. Drove around for a couple of hours, with lots of stops. Headed to Old Town where we walked around with the guide for over 3 hrs. She was a wealth of information.

 

The ship's tours were picked up from the dock, while we had to walk to the port gate, but they were all 50 pax buses. Definitely recommend Alla in the other Baltic Ports. We developed a tour in each port, but even after they reduced the minimum pax, we couldn't make it happen. However, Alla tried everything possible to help.

Used them in 2015 and enjoyed most of the 2 days. We booked the opera with them and were the only ones on our tour that had booked this. They dropped us of on the Neski Prospect at a restaurant and told us not to leave there and some one would meet us in 11/2 hours. We had to find the girl because she never came into the restaurant. We then walked around for and hour and she took us to the opera and dropped us off and told us that someone would meet us after the opera with no description of the person or vehicle. We were very uncomfortable with this arrangement so we found people from the ship and went back to the ship with them. Also we thought it very strange that they would just drop us off since we did not have a visa for Russia. Other than that the tours were great.
