RCThanksgiving2018 Posted July 30, 2018 #1 Share Posted July 30, 2018 We are trying to secure a reservation for a specialty dining place and everything is sold out after 5:15. What are the chances of securing a reservation on the ship if we go to the restaurant as soon as we embark? If it makes a difference the restaurant is Izumi Habachi. Thank you! Clarea Posted July 30, 2018 #2 Share Posted July 30, 2018 Not possible to predict, but you have the right idea, go to the restaurant as early as possible.
Missymo Posted July 30, 2018 #3 Share Posted July 30, 2018 Izumi Habachi.was tough for me also. Only time I could snag was a 6:15 for a party of 6. Not a sea day. Hope to be able to change to a later time when onboard, but at least we took a confirmed time. . Good luck, hope you are successful.
RCThanksgiving2018 Posted July 30, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted July 30, 2018 Thank you. I’ll head up as soon as we board. We would be fine with a 6:00. Keeping my fingers crossed!
RCThanksgiving2018 Posted August 2, 2018 Author #5 Share Posted August 2, 2018 Couple of more questions. 1) do I have a better chance of securing a later reservation if I am already booked earlier or does it not matter? 2) I went through the trouble to pick specific times in MTD and RC emailed me a confirmation, but when I look at my calendar the specific times aren’t listed. Does that mean they are cancelled? 3) And completely off topic... When I was talking to RC IT the other day they said that on Symphony of the Seas we can use the app to communicate via text for $7.00 per device. Can anyone confirm if that is true? If so, is it reliable? Thank you. I’m not sure what I would do without this board!
