kskelley40 Posted August 1, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 1, 2018 I have read in several different places and have received conflicting answers. Does anyone know if the ship's casino is open while we are docked overnight in Bermuda? Has anyone been there lately and know for sure? My TA says no, but I can't see that. I got a really good rate for the cruise but not sure if I want to go if the casino is not open for 3 days. Thanks for any help.
Clarea Posted August 1, 2018 #2 Share Posted August 1, 2018 Last I heard, Royal did not want to pay the license fees to Bermuda to have the ship's casino open.
kskelley40 Posted August 1, 2018 Author #3 Share Posted August 1, 2018 Wow. I am trying to decide between Royal and Norwegian. Royal is a shorter cruise but the rate is fantastic (through the casino). Do you know anything about Norwegian and if their casino is open? So will there be any negative outcome ( like fewer or reduced casino offers ) if you take a casino rate cruise and have less play because the casino was not open? Thanks M
