FLArmyWife Posted August 14, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 14, 2018 My husband and I are both lactose intolerant. My toddler has a slight allergy/high intolerance (he had a high allergy as an infant but the pediatrician says he has mostly outgrown it so now we just monitor his intake). I'm not too worried about monitoring his entrees at night or during lunch, but in the morning (at least as of right now) his routine is to have cereal. My question is, can I bring special milk on board for him if I have a doctor's note? Or do they offer lactose free/dairy free options? If not just out in the common area should I contact customer service and then will they have it available upon our request?

RD29P5 Posted August 14, 2018 #4 Share Posted August 14, 2018 Send an email to accessdesk@ncl.com, give them the same info. I have found them to be very helpful with issues like this. Heck they even offered to have the alarms and speaker's turned up in my cabin because of my hearing issues.
