kato92 Posted August 31, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 31, 2018 If I am traveling solo as platinum, can my specialty dinner benefits(of dinner for 2), be used as a dinner for 1 twice?
casofilia Posted August 31, 2018 #2 Share Posted August 31, 2018 I doubt it but what I know is that friends have made friends and used them that way, "we use mine tonight, use yours tomorrow".

don't-use-real-name Posted August 31, 2018 #4 Share Posted August 31, 2018 If you are in a Studio cabin there are possibilities of the meal not going to waste - invite fellow studio guest. An odd chance that another studio guest is also Platinum - yours today - his/hers tomorrow ? Attending a M & G party possible introductions ? Check with the ships Concierge for other solutions. Match maker match maker make me a match ! LOL !
cabincop Posted August 31, 2018 #5 Share Posted August 31, 2018 I travel solo all the time & never had a problem using it twice. I ask the concierge. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

cocod08 Posted August 31, 2018 #7 Share Posted August 31, 2018 I think it depends on the ship I met someone on the Getaway and she was platinum. She said sometimes she got 2 separate dinners sometimes not. It never hurts to ask. Or like people here said find a friend at the solo meet ups to share. Check out your roll calls and see if anyone else is interested. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Cruisercl Posted August 31, 2018 #8 Share Posted August 31, 2018 The answer is not 100% yes or no. It has happened before but you need to ask at the restaurant you are dining at. Some say yes, some say no. Yes, I am a solo traveler. I am not sure if all of the responses here are from solo cruisers. (IMO, trying to find another solo person is a mute response. A good portion of solo cruisers are not interested in doing this.) Good luck & Safe sailing!!!
