Elite cruise information

Any know how to make sure you get the emails?  I keep getting the Elite printed offer in the mail, but by then each sailing is gone.  I get emails from other departments from Carnival, just not the Casino.  Is there something I need to do with my profile to get these delivered?

I haven’t done anything special. If you’re not getting the emails I’d suggest calling the players club and have them look into it.

If you use gmail the offers come  on the promotions area on top. My husbands come in a different email account so no problem. I agree with gmblr, call the player's club (866-766-7730) last number I have for them, or email them.
