cruisent Posted September 12, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 12, 2018 Say I have $300 on my Sign & Sail card and play a slot machine that wins $100 on a spin. Can I immediately cash that $100 out from the machine on a slip to bring to the cashier for the money, or does it automatically add to my S&S card? I saw a post on another forum today that claims "any winning can only be uploaded to your Sign & Sail card. They don't print out coupons like land based casinos." Is this true? I'd prefer to keep winnings separate from my S&S money.
joepeka Posted September 12, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 12, 2018 True, there are no printed receipts like in the past for casino winnings - any winnings automatically to onto your casino account (not your S&S account) and you can take your S&S card to the cashier and get the cash immediately after winning if you like. Thank you. I'll make sure to remember that. I didn't know there was a separate casino account on the S&S card. That's a good way to keep winnings separate from the rest of the S&S money. oceanlov1 Posted September 13, 2018 #4 Share Posted September 13, 2018 Yes, it is true, but you can cash out your sail and sign at anytime.

RS77471 Posted September 13, 2018 #6 Share Posted September 13, 2018 You have to cash out your casino winnings/balance at the casino cashier. It is tracked on the same card but is a separate balance. If you want to apply it to the balance you have to get the cash from the casino cashier and go to guest services and have them apply it to your sign and sail account balance. AND ....If you forget to cash out in the casino ...you come home and wait a few weeks for a check.....LOL Waiting on one now! Forgot to cash out one of our cards on our August trip. : -(

It's great that it's kept separated like that. The post I read earlier on the other forum made it seem like everything won just adds into the S&S account. cruisent Posted September 13, 2018 Author #8 Share Posted September 13, 2018 Winning ??? Yes. If nobody won, the casino wouldn't be in business.

RWolver672 Posted September 13, 2018 #10 Share Posted September 13, 2018 When you first start playing, you put your S&S card into a machine. If I remember right, you enter your birthday, then choose a PIN. When you are done playing that machine, you pick "cash out". It then puts your balance on your card. Then if you go to another machine, you put in your PIN and transfer an amount (it will ask you how much) to that machine, then start playing. As others have said, you can go to the casino cage at any time and tell them you want to cash out. They will scan your card, you enter your PIN on a keypad and they will pay you. If at any time you need help, there is always a casino worker walking around to help.

cruisent Posted September 13, 2018 Author #13 Share Posted September 13, 2018 Huh? Don't you mean the other way around? No. If nobody ever won in casinos, people would stop going to them and they'd be out of business.
