We got to Galveston at 1130am, sat thru flood waters but made it thru. We were just dropped off at the port at 1245. We are in our cabin right now at 108pm. Fastest checkin ever.

awesome. even a couple of hours of delay leaving will just mean late opening shops and tax on drinks etc.

 

they will easily make up the couple of hours delay in leaving.

Thanks. Galveston dry as a bone. The ship paid for parking until 7pm so we are getting our moneys worth. Lol. Still here although we are done with muster and they say all passengers made it well before 5pm.

We live near cypress and door to ship took 4 hours this morning. Of course we stopped 3 times to drop my son, pick up my sister and then to atm. Sat on harborside for an hour in the flood. Still not bad.

We are 30 minutes north of Galveston and it rained all morning. My entire backyard is soup!
