Across the Hudson NJ to NY

In your opinion, what typically is the easiest and fastest way to the Manhattan Cruise Port from NJ.....GW Bridge, Holland Tunnel, or the Lincoln Tunnel. This would be on a Monday morning. Trying to decide on what area to get the hotel.

You have to listen to the traffic reports that morning on WCBS 880 and 1010 WINS.

 

Generalizations about which route will be better are not worth much.

 

It also would help to know where your drive is starting from. I drive in from Central NJ and for me the majority of the time the Lincoln Tunnel works best and the GW bridge is the worst because I would have to drive so many additional miles to use the GW that there would have to be a big positive difference in traffic delays at the GW for it to make up for the additional mileage.

You need to use a live navigation such as google maps or Waze. Those are the most timely.
