Snorkeling & scuba excursions

Does anyone have feedback on PG Catamaran snorkeling excursion on Bora Bora or Moorea? Also has anyone done the Intro to Scuba on PG and subsequent dives? Any feedback is appreciated. We will be on November 28 cruise.

The PG excursions I believe are on a pretty large boat. I suggest that you look at booking privately with Pure Snorkeling on Bora Bora. The PG dive team is great. Their dives on Bora Bora and Moorea are great options.

This is for the excursion on Moorea....This would be my only complaint on our cruise..everything else was amazing....we motored around, stopped at the worst spot to snorkel and then motored around again...they used the same host and captain for the sunset cruise which was also not much fun..motored around..saw the sunset and then motored around again (forever)  when we should of returned back to the boat...again, I’m not s complainer, everything else on the pg was perfect..this wasn’t ..we let the director know also ....thank goodness we used on board credit

I've done the ship's catamaran sunset excursion on Moorea .... had a blast! Was windy so the skipper really let the catamaran perform .... a real rush! Perfect sunset, snacks were good, a real treat for sure.

This was sept 2015.  Maybe they changed boats.  Our snacks were punch, cola, potato chips and a pineapple.

I also have done the Moorea catamaran trip, both sunset and during the day for snorkelling.  It was great.  And not a big boat, perhaps a dozen people.
