Celebrity IT Strikes Again

I logged in about 90 minutes ago to re-print the XpressPass for our Reflection cruise this Friday. Mine was there, wife's was not so I had check her in again and re-print separate passes for each of us.

 

Now seeing the comments on missing OBC I went to log in again and now there is no sign in button.....oh well. I do have my original booking paperwork from last year. Oh well.

There is now an option to include a picture for identification purposes.

 

 

 

At the end of page one:

 

 

"Sorry, we hit a snag. We're unable to complete your request. Please try again later."

At least it was at the end of page one, and not after you had gone all the way through it.

I just logged in with no issues. Was able to navigate thru manage reservations and cruise planners for our 3 future reservations. Weird thing is on one of the cruises our OBC went from $450.00 to $600.00. The OBCs were correct on Saturday before the sever move. :confused:

You may want to check on this. Something similar happened with two of my reservations a few months ago. Both times, “someone” (finger pointing between X & TA) had swapped our chosen Classic Beverage package perk for OBC:eek: Our TA got it fixed, but I certainly don’t trust unexpected OBC. Now, should Celebrity decide to randomly give us OBC in addition to our beverage packages, we’ll certainly accept it with great thanks:') Hello Celebrity, are you listening? Hello? Hellooooo?

Is anybody having success at logging yet?

I’ve just successfully logged on using both Firefox and Safari. My club points are accurate. I still cannot add the cruise I booked three weeks ago, and I cannot access the “Manage Reservation” function (but I can access the “Cruise Planner” function) on my other reservation. Both issues predated the server move, and I didn’t expect my trouble tickets to be closed by the move.

I'm going to let it ride for a few days before I call the Captains Club desk and see what happening with getting the additional OBC for the second leg of our Summit B2B cruise. The B2B Summit cruise isn't with a TA, yet.

Just used the site without issues to book the behind the scenes tour on Edge for our March 24th, 2019 cruise. The SBC was accurate (did pop up when accessing excursions, as suggested) and was properly deducted. :D

OBC is correct and all beverage packages, dining packages, Internet are correct. Past cruise history and Captains Club points are also correct. Think I’ll head to the casino cuz it must be my lucky day😀

Where did you find your OBC ?
If you go to the excursions or try to purchase internet, specialty restaurants any OBC issued by Celebrity or Celebrity Visa will show up. You can use it for purchases.

Definitely! Make sure you get a lottery ticket on the way. It's a shame to waste all your good luck on the website!

For what it’s worth, I logged in this afternoon just fine, and both my upcoming cruises show up correctly. I was even able to complete check in for the first one.

 

After reading this thread I tried logging in on a different browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) but didn’t have any problems.
