Absolutely use terminal parking.

 

Bayonne cruise parking is open lot parking at a storage facility that is open to the public during the day. There are concerns about the insurance and licensing status of the port shuttle they operate. Bayonne is a highly urban industrialized area where you should be very selective about where you park your car.
