Port Canaveral to MCO

IF! everything would go on time;

- Ship is in port @8am

-We would be on site parking and arriving early day of departure so a good exit spot should be had for the qucikest exit.

- 45 minute drive to Orlando airport.

-Rental car return is at terminal and we will not need to top off gas tank on drive over.

- We only have one flight that will work for us due to many reasons and that flight departs at 10:35am

    Do you book this cruise?

If this was the Oasis which docks at 5:30 and usually lets people who self assist off 6:30-6:45...then “maybe”.

BUT... if you don’t dock until 8:00 then no way!!  You will not be off at 8:00 because Customs will have to clear the ship.  And you have to return a rental car.

Way too close for my comfort level!!

Skip the rental car (and save the shuttle, pick-up time) and use private transport or Uber to get to MCO from PC.

For a 10:35 flight you need to be at MCO by NLT 9:00, and earlier is better with the TSA chaos often found there.  With the drive from PC to MCO taking about an hour that translates into off the ship, with bags, clear of customs/immigration and loading into your transport by 8:00 or earlier.

Do you want to spend your cruise worried about making your flight home? :classic_unsure:  I would look for alternate flights home leaving about noon or later and not have to sweat making the flight.  Your call!
