Thank you! It was really good. And I've been eating so carefully with portion sizes, my stomach was full fast, so I didn't overeat even though it was so delicious. 

I also felt quite skilled doing that string tying job on the roast!

Hi Everyone,

 

Hubby and I are on the last leg of our journey. Few days in Singapore after 35 day cruise. 

 

Worked out a lot and walked a ton. Hoping the scale will be good to me.

Getting ready to leave for Mississippi this afternoon.  Back is much better (not perfect - but liveable).  

 

It is snowing here today ... rather sad, I liked our long summer.

 

Because I won't be here tomorrow I weighed myself this morning and I am down 1.0# .. very excited! Jan
