Suggestion car rental - Puerto Madryn

Hello,

 

has anyone of you a recommendation of a car rental company at Puerto Madryn?

 

Instead of going to Punta Tombo I was thinking of the short way to Punta Loma and driving around.

There are car rental agencies in town near the port, but every one I found carried a 200 km limit before fees per mile kicked in.  Since we were driving to Punta Tombo, it was cheaper for us to rent a car with unlimited miles from the airport and use a taxi to and from.  Alamo, Avis, and National all have offices in town to my knowledge, but they are still a short taxi ride from the port.

We booked (here in Germany via German booking portal) : Aurum Cars (Alamo), Downtown Ave. Julio A Roca 165 - about 10 min. by taxi from port.

thanks for your Feedback - I did some further research and found Wild Skies Car rental (got some nice ratings). They'll bring the car close to the port and price is also good (incl. additional insurance, just in case)
