My Royal Caribbean Cruise Docks in Amsterdam at 6am will I have enough time to catch a 9 a.m..train from Amsterdam Central Station ?

Amsterdam Central station is in walking distance - 1.3 km - 15 to 20 minutes. Or 5 to 10 minutes by taxi.

Yes I'm aware of that however I'm trying to establish whether I'll have sufficient time to catch the 9am train if my cruise docks at 6am ?

Yes - make sure that you have a time scheduled for disembarkation no later than 8:00 am - alternatively self assist departure.

Agree with hallasm, you should be fine.  We just did this, on the HAL Prinsendam.   However, just FYI...  we did find the ticket kiosk to be glitchy.  It didn't like our US-based credit cards (tried several), and we had to use a debit card instead.
