Allure of the Seas heading for Miami today...

Recommended Posts

Do we know the eta in Mia? probably like an hour?  I wonder if its wide enough at the terminal to turn around or will they have to go down to the basin, spin and then go back up?  I guess we'll see shortly

Port Miami daily dock report has all the particullars. Allure is scheduled to arrive at 15:30 port side. Then at 17:30 turn to starboard.

I'm boarding tommorrow and extemely excited to be among the first guests to sail on an Oasis class ship from the Port Of Miami.

I think it will be there before 1530.  It's almost there now!  Watching with anticipation, LOL!!! If I can't be on a ship,  I will watch them on my computer on a rainy chilly Sunday 🙂

She is too big for the downtown turning basin and will alwyas turn in the basin at Fisher Island where big container ships turn. Same for Symphony.

I assume this is the 1st time for Allure in Mia?

First time for this class of ship, too, I believe. Allure and Symphony will homeport here now instead of Ft. Lauderdale.

Two years ago today, I was lucky enough to be aboard Allure off the coast of Miami when the three sisters met up for the first and only time.  Any word on when and if the now four sisters will meet up?
