After dinner Patti went to check out the shops while I went to the Skybox Sports Bar to watch the Giants play Atlanta on Monday Night Football. Of course my Giants lost again. At least there was plenty of Thirsty Frog Red to drown my sorrows.

One thing I had forgotten to ask.  Is the Pride still your favorite ship?  We took the Elation last March and again at the end of the month.  We have the Spirit booked for next March and being substantially similar to the pride and not a Fantasy class ship we are pretty excited for that one.

The Pride remains my favorite ship. Patti loves the Glory. I love all of the Spirit Class ships, but I have never sailed on the Spirit.

Another Fun Day at Sea  -  10/23/18

 

We were up at 7am to another beautiful sea day. Here are today’s Fun Times…..

 

 

 

 

 

Stepping out on our balcony, it was evident that it was a bit warmer today. Here was the view looking forward and aft…..

 

 

 

Around 9:30 we made our way up to the Mermaid’s Grille for breakfast. Patti got herself an omelet while I went to the Blue Iguana Cantina for a breakfast burrito. We both made our way over to the Red Fog Rum Bar to eat. Here is my “breakfast of champions”…..

After we finished playing blackjack, we went back to the cabin to relax for a while. I started to work on the pictures for this review. Here is today’s towel creature…..

 

 

We hung out until about 2pm when Patti decided to head to this afternoon’s bingo session. I met Jim up by the Pizza Pirate where Chris and Vicky were setting up for this afternoon’s LCR game.

 

When Patti reached the Taj Mahal, the Playlist cast was conducting a Q & A session…..

 

 

 

Afterwards it was time for bingo, and sadly Patti didn’t have any winners…..

 

 

Jim and I didn’t have any luck at LCR either, so we decided that since we were back there we might as well hit the Serenity Bar for a few drinks.

 

As Patti made her way back to the cabin, she caught the Fusion String Trio performing in the Atrium…..

 

 

The next thing on the agenda for us today was the Captain’s Diamond Cocktail Party which was being held in the Ivory Piano Bar at 7:15pm. Here is our invitation…..

After dinner Jim and I decided to enter the blackjack tournament. After trying a couple of times we both wound up with fairly high qualifying scores. While waiting for the finals to begin we went over to the $10 blackjack table. Jim didn’t do so well and I broke even. When all was said and done Jim was the 3^rd highest qualifier and I was 6^th…..

After six hands they tally up all the remaining players chips. The tote board shows that Jim has me by $1000…..

 

 

Jim hangs on for the win, while I finished second. Way to go Jim!!!

 

 

 

 

Afterwards it was back to the cabin for the night.

Congrats on the wins!!  Now back to the food LOL...I'm a total foodie...and all the food pics are fantastic...I have endured a lot of rolling eyes...but I love to take pics of the food on a ship...or in a restaurant....appreciate so many food pics!!

We were on the Pride just a couple of weeks before you (Sept 30 - Oct 7) and I already see some staff that changed over from the time we were on! It's crazy how quickly that can happen. We love the Pride as well and I am looking forward to reading about your Bermuda adventure!
