Hello all. Will be on the Jan 19 Equinox cruise that stops in Nassau. We were considering visiting the Atlantis and thought there might be some advice here regarding choosing a tour offered by the cruise vs simply taking a taxi to/from the Atlantis ourselves. Have never been to the Bahamas at all and we are leaning to book the excursion, just thought we would 2X check here.

On my last cruise with NCL in Aug, My husband and I did the Atlantis Adventure tour. Yes it's pricey.

Transfers are included, and you could leave when you wanted too.  Towels are available.  All of the water park slides , lazy river(rapids) which was the best. The Dig is included and use of the pools and beach access.  Lockers are available for $17.00.  Even thou it was pricey I would definitely do it again.
