Going in March 2019 and was wondering if there was much damage to the ports of call for our eastbound RC cruise from San Diego.

Mexico has had some brushes with hurricanes/tropical storms but I am not aware of any of the "usual" Mexican ports of call have been affected to the point there will be changes in itinerary.  I'm scheduled to head out next week for a Canal cruise and there hasn't been any change of itin notices... yet!
