I lived in Jamaica for two years and here would be my suggestions: 

 

For the normal, non-adventurous: Get a day pass to the Jewel Runaway Bay. Eat cheeseburgers in paradise, hang in the hammock, play on the watersides, snorkel a little and see if you can eat at their teppanyaki place.

 

For the more adventurous: Get a taxi to take you up to Rocklands bird sanctuary, and feed the doctor birds on your fingers. Bring $20 pp and a camera with a super-fast shutter speed. Then see if you can get your taxi driver to take you get a patty and a coke -- tried and true lunch of Jamaican school kids everywhere.
