Norwegian Sun Pool

Starting to do research on this ship to try out NCL for the first time.  One question I haven't been able to find the answer to anywhere online so far is if the pools on the Sun are saltwater or freshwater.  Anyone know?

You know what, I spent 15 days on the ship and never went in the pool.  Not the largest and weather was hot leading to extreme crowding in and out of the pool.  However I did learn that the water was saltwater.

I didn't go in the pool but I've never been on a ship that had a pool that wasn't salt water...I guess there's always a chance that it's one of the few fresh water pools...but I'm thinking it's probably salt.

It's saltwater ... you'll feel it when you get out, suggest showering or you will have a layer of salt over your now very dry skin, lol!

Thanks all. I was spoiled by Disney ships which have freshwater pools. Salt water is fine though.

all  NCL ships, as far as I know are saltwater but very well filtered. We have never had a problem with the salt water in the pools or feeling yucky after taking a dip like you might if you dipped in the ocean.
