HAL Flight Site Question

I have a flight reservation I made on the HAL site for July to AMS.  I want to see if any other flights are currently available.  IF I go into the site again to look, will it automatically cancel my current reservation?  I seem to remember some people saying this happened to them a few months ago.

First off....do you have a "reservation" or an actual ticket?  If you have a 13 digit ticket number, the latter.  If only a six character locator, perhaps only the former.

I have a "6 character" locator and it is also showing on my Delta app.  I realize the actual ticket is not yet issued.  I am just wanting to be able to look for any additional flights that may have been added without losing my current "booking" by simply looking.

I"d probably call and inquire of someone who knows the site better than I do.  Do you have a PCC?   I looked through the HAL Flight Ease site for my trip to Amsterdam next August and found some flights that looked good.  I asked my PCC to take a look, just in case she could do better, and she did.  The flights that looked best from a logistical standpoint were several hundred dollars cheaper when she searched them than when I did and half the price listed on the airline website.  My PCC has the job for good now.

I am in the same situation so would appreciate your coming back and letting us know.  I, too, am afraid to go to the flight ease site and check.  Fortunately I am happy with our flights and price but would still be curious.  I recall reading that same post about someone accidentally cancelling their flight when returning to the site.
